The Olie is a gathering place located between the Uptown, Asian and Paseo districts in Oklahoma City.
This historic building, also known as “The Electric Transformer House,” is listed on the National Register of Historic places for its contribution to the history of Oklahoma as the original OG&E electric transformer that powered all of northwest Oklahoma City in 1911.
The space is full of warmth and character with its soaring ceilings, exposed ductwork, classic windows and quirky unique touches, such as the porthole door that opens up to a beautiful outdoor space. The Olie is a special place people want to experience.

The Olie is just right for day and evening gatherings. Our outdoor space is equipped with comfortable custom-made seating designed seating. Inside, we have standard rectangle or round tables that can easily break down after a board meeting, televisions for presentations or casual viewing and Bluetooth-enabled speakers for music. The Olie can be elegant or casual. Whatever the occasion, our guests feel at home in the space-welcoming, classy and accommodating.
The Olie building is 1,305 square feet indoors and 1,800 square feet outdoors, under shade trees, colorful umbrellas, a covered patio and string lights–creating an amazing outdoor space that can be comfortably occupied year round. Space for 50 guests or less.

Comfortable Space
The goal of our outdoor space is comfort and beauty. There is ample space for entertaining, games, dancing and comfortable seating. The east patio is covered and offers heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.
Our large fence protects from wind and provides privacy.
Dog Friendly
The Olie is 100% dog friendly! As pet owners, our dogs mean a lot to us. We want people to be able to bring their fur-legged family members with them!
