Check-in and check-out time must include your set-up and clean-up. • The Olie team sets up and puts away your tables, chairs & linens!
Need an additional hour? Each additional hour is $125 and may be purchased at checkout. We close by 11 PM, seven days a week. • All rentals require a $150 incidentals hold • All reservations require a 50% deposit. Final payment must be made 45 days before your event. Unused hours are non-refundable.

Planning an intimate wedding? The Olie Gathering Place is perfect for a small outdoor or indoor ceremony!
The intimate space provides great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere year-round for you and your guests.
This package includes exclusive building access from 10 AM to 11 PM (which assures you that your busy vendors running from event-to-event, like caterers, florists and decorators have the time they need to get your event ready), the set-up of tables, chairs and linens by Olie staff prior to your event and post-wedding clean-up of food and beverage trash! We want you to spend more time with your guests enjoying this special day and less time worrying about cleaning up messes.
*Please note: Olie staff set-up your event before arrival; we do not stay on site. Any chair and table transitioning during your event is the responsibility of the wedding party.
There is not a separate bridal suite on site. Payment may be split in half upon booking (final payment due 45 days prior to your reservation date)

Weighing a Short Wedding vs. Micro Wedding? Things to think about:
Do you plan to have a caterer, decorator, and/or florist? They may need to deliver your items and then head to their next event. Our Micro Wedding gives you access all day for your vendors and family/friends to set-up.
We book two events a day. Day events check out by 4:00 and evening events check-in at 5:00. If you are worried about time, consider the Micro Wedding so you aren’t stressed about earlier access.
Do you want a rehearsal hour? That is included in the Micro Wedding (Mon-Thurs until 4:00 PM)
Do you want someone else to clean up food and beverage trash afterwards? The cleaning service is included in the Micro Wedding!
All events typically serve food. Avoid another event’s leftover food smells by booking all day.
Short Wedding & Reception
Venue Access: 5 hours • $1,200 (Day event checkout by 4:00 PM. Evening check-in at 5:00PM or later)
No matter how small or casual, weddings need special attention from everyone involved, including our Olie team working on your special day. We want to make sure you have the attention you deserve-our wedding packages allow for more planning visits and unlimited communication with our team.
Payment may be split in half upon booking (final payment due 45 days prior to your reservation date).
Need an hour for a rehearsal run through? No problem! A one-hour rehearsal is offered Mon-Thurs until 4:00PM for $125.

Olie staff set-up and tear-down your tables, linens and chairs before your arrival; please note that Olie staff are not on site during your event. You simply take out your trash, food and personal items at checkout. Your rental time must include the time you need to decorate and clean up. Want more time with your guests? Add on our cleaning service for $125 to your event and we clean up your trash (decorations not included)! Note: The Micro Wedding package includes our cleaning service.
